These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by 12 Electrical & Emergency Electrician Ltd, a company registered in the UK. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
We offer domestic and commercial electrical services, including emergency call-outs, repairs, installations, inspections, and safety testing. Services are delivered in accordance with UK wiring regulations (BS 7671) by qualified and insured electricians.
We provide 24/7 emergency electrical services. While we aim to respond within 1 hour, this may vary due to location and availability. Emergency call-out charges may apply outside standard working hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm).
All quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days.
Emergency work may be subject to a minimum call-out fee.
Prices include labour and standard materials unless otherwise stated.
Any additional work required will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash.
For ongoing or commercial projects, staged payment terms may be outlined in advance.
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance where possible.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged a fee.
The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises on the scheduled date.
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.
Manufacturer warranties apply for all supplied materials and parts.
This guarantee does not cover faults due to misuse, accidental damage, or third-party interference.
We hold full public liability insurance.
We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses arising from delayed or incomplete works beyond our control (e.g. supplier delays, access issues).
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that electrical installations are not interfered with after completion.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by UK courts.
